I've a make to share with you today .......

Hopefully, you can see the delightfully grungy uneven foiling - so cool! |
The front, back and inside of my card, along with the front and back of my envelope
Materials used:
- White, 250gsm, 6" x 6" card and matching envelope
- Card in white, black and Paper Mill post box red - cut to fit and mat
- Aall & Create image (from set #371) stamped using Versafine Clair tulip red and immediately sprinkled with Judikins "sticky stuff and heat set. As SOON as the EP had melted I applied my red foil sheet over the top and burnished firmly using my fingers - I just love the unevenness of the foiling done this way. I omitted the foiling from the other stamped images on the reverse/inside and on the envelope
- Clearly Besotted sentiment (from "mini calligraphy") stamped using Versafine Clair morning mist ink - I didn't want the harshness of black
I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-
- Sparkles Christmas Challenge - challenge No. 122 - CAS (Clean And Simple)
- Scraps of Life - March Rudolph Day challenge - ANYTHING (Christmas) GOES
- Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge - challenge No. 534 - ANYTHING (Christmas) GOES + (optional) CHRISTMAS SONG OR CAROL
- Holly and Ivy - challenge No. 90 - ANYTHING (Christmas) GOES
- Krafty Chicks - challenge No. 552 - ALL OCCASIONS
Materials used:
- ATC blank
- Snippets of leftover card in black and white
- Using a snippet of leftover card as my straight edge and an Aldi stencil brush I applied Hero Arts neons, yellow and pink, retiform style until I was happy with the coverage - strangely enough, neither colour looked particularly "neon" when I was done!
- Craft Emotions grasses (from 1030501/1143) stamped three times using Versafine Clair nocturne ink but without re-inking between impressions
- Paper Artsy sentiment (from HPXT03) stamped using Versafine Clair charming pink ink
- White Tsukineko gelly roll gel pen used to doodle the corner detail on my black matting layer
I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-

Fairly close to us, and behind a railway station's "Park and Ride" lot there is a small conservation area, a couple of times each year, goats arrive! They stay a couple of months, get the overgrowth under control and then move on!! Guess we caught them on their day off as they seem to be enjoying a rest day!

I have so many ideas in my head from seeing this fab card design. Thanks for inspiration.
I love this gorgeous card and the lovely red embossing powder you've used on it too.

The A&C image is so pretty with the red foil Kathy and another beautiful layered look using red and black, and the ATC has a wonderful summertime vibe and the pretty grasses in first second and third generation inking and the white doodling look great. The goats are so sweet but obviously having a quiet day..lol. x

Your card looks great as always, but those goats stole the show! How sweet they are!!!
I like the way you explained that they just arrive one day and stay awhile, and then they just get up and go!
Thanks for taking part in the March Rudolph Days Challenge.
