I made a Valentine's card for my husband and used:
White card stock. Patterned paper, image and sentiment: Beccy. Pink scrap paper.

Lifestyle "Doily Circle", Spellbinders "Heart", WeR Memory Keepers "Nesting Card".
Brown distress ink, brown pen.
Tool: Cuttlebug.
