Under the Weather
The umbrella and raindrops are stencilled using Stormy Sky distress ink. The background is textured watercolour paper with 3 colours of distress ink smooshed on to it, giving a water splattered look to it. The words are rubbed on letters. I am entering this card in the Just Add Ink sketch challenge.
