River, yes, it will take time to adjust to Corinna...

Sami, yes, wish I´d like Sushi! Tried "Chicken-Sushi" in Joondalup. But the seaweed or whatever that outer thing was... fishy, LOL. Sadly you have to wear a mask in the city so I´m not keen to walk to this place to look if they still "exist".
Think that will take a few more weeks until the time when Yokoso will be able to receive guests! Here the restaurants and cafes are also closed ... the normal shops too, only the supermarkets are open ... I'm sick of it! Finally the storm is gone and the sun is shining!!! I'll send you a little big hug and a few rays of sunshine! xoxo
Yes, the storms are gone here, too. Gee, when I see that with my "indoor-glasses" it´s big! No sun here, please, yes, send a ray over! They speak of late Spring till "normalty"... oh no. But we are safe, right, hugs to you, lille and BIG ones xoxo
Very nice mural -- I suppose it's a reproduction of a classic Japanese painting. I hope that restaurants and cafes will be able to open soon, but I'm not optimistic. The vaccine will take time. But I hope 2021 will be a better year!
Mae, yes, I hope for better times in 2021, too! They say late Spring. OMG. Will it take that long to get a job??? Yes, but a reproduction, the mural, but, aw, well.
You found a beauty, Iris. We are back to level 5, restaurants and pubs all closed. We will be reviewed on Jan 12th but they don't expect the numbers to be good. Vaccines are starting tomorrow but who knows how long until we get one. I'm looking forward to the stab. Have a nice evening.

Yes life is strange at the moment and for the time being it will stay strange . But that painting is nice!
It is a weird year, thank goodness it is almost over. Wish I could say the same about Corrina :(
Nice find Iris, very fitting for a Japanese restaurant. Thanks for participating in Monday murals.
Bertiebo, yes to all three. And we need nice.

Weird is an understatement.
I try to be kind...

Lovely mural.
Everything closed here as well until at least mid January.
I love Yokoso. I am afraid that so many places to eat will never open again.
...sushi isn't for me!
I was just thinking of pre-war Japan and how men admired geishas who looked like this. Times have certainly changed since then.
She is lovely!
A lovely mural!

We love sushi here, well my youngest son and I, the other half prefers to eat "proper" food LOL. Stay safe there.
Beautiful painting!
