This was made for the 'Things that fly' challenge over at Pattie's Creations Design Challenge.
For this card I used the adorable image called Hot Air Balloon Ride. I used a scrap piece of white cardstock that I'd cut a scalloped circle from for another card a while back and added a scrap piece of designer paper that was left over, also from another card I'd made a while back. I had fun using my scraps. I added a sentiment, bow and some gems. I did draw the stitching around the circle and around the white base.
Thanks for looking!
