Greeting friends, I hope that you're keeping well and coping during these difficult times.
I'm finding crafting and blogging to be a huge comfort right now - I think us crafters are well equipped to keep our spirits up by getting inky and staying in touch with friends around the world.
It's new month over at Christmas Kickstart and we have a new theme AND a new elf.
Challenge #30 - Winter Wonderland (Create a Scene)
I'm thrilled to welcome long-term blogging buddy Jane from Purplejet Loves Crafts as elf this challenge!
Here's my take on the theme:
I love this fabulously haughty moose, which was a present from the lovely Gail. I've mixed two die sets, which are both Tim Holtz Thinlits from Sizzix.
My second card also uses the mountain die and features this adorable bear in his pom-pom jumper and hat from Sugar Pea Designs. The set is called Hey Winter and I can see myself using it again and again as it has some lovely images.
The sentiment is a favourite oldie from Mama Elephant.
I'm linking both cards to Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge as their optional theme is Christmas Animals!

As always, there's a prize available over at Christmas Kickstart from Rudolph, so please come join the fun and make life in lockdown a little easier.

Both awesome cards. Love that moose and bear and great mountains. Fab scenes. Fun theme. Hugz
Love both cards, I have that TH moose set, never been used, but I love how you did your card. (may I case it?) That bear is adorable and great use of the mountains on it. Love making scenes. and I do like your challenge blog.
These are both so cute, Jo! I'm not great at building scenes, but will see what I can come up with using some of my dies that pretty much do it for you!
This reminds me I need to take up Christmas card making again. I will have more free time ahead, so I should make up for lost crafting time, I’m especially behind on my Christmas cards. I love the whole attitude of the moose, so cool, and a great scene. I like the fresh colors of the second one and how you decorated the wrapped Christmas gifts.
Your moose is awesome! Sweet scene behind him, too. Equally adorable is your bear card!
Gorgeous cards Jo. Both are fabulous.
I just love this Moose Jo, I have him hiding away somewhere, but I don't think I've made such a fab card as this with him. He looks SO laid back!
Love it!
Thanks for sharing with Happy Little Stampers CAS Challenge!

Two darling winter scene cards, Jo - especially love the moose!! He looks so magnificent running among the hills!! Thanks for another fun challenge!!
I’m behind already, haven’t made a single Christmas card yet! These are both fab Jo, that moose looks like he’s picking his feet up to stop them getting too wet and cold in your snowy landscape and that bear is just adorable - great colouring!
Gorgeous inspiration Jo, hopefully I can kick my mojo in to gear and play along this month!
Awww these are gorgeous Jo, LOVE your moose-with-attitude!
Happy Easter, stay safe xx
Two brilliant cards. Hope your Easter is as good as it can be in these strange and awful times. Take care, Liz x
Great scene cards. That moose made me laugh.
What a fun pair of cards, Jo and I love the background scenes you created. The moose just cracks me up - he looks like he is about to dance!
Thanks for sharing with us at Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge.
Hugs
