Wednesday again? Not long till the weekend

Morning readers,

During these worrying times and , let's be honest, none of us knows what's next ... I've found myself reading more and spending more time at the ToC (Table of Craftiness) in order to take my mind of things. It's not exactly working but it IS helping - at this rate, I'll have my 2021 quota of Christmas cards in the bag during my period of isolation ... not exactly self isolating just not going anywhere I don't have to go - stay safe out there peeps.

As a result ..... I've a Christmas make to share with you today ....
My card
The front, back and inside of my card along with the front and back of my envelope

Materials used:
  • White C6/A2, 250gsm card and matching sized envelope
  • Two pieces of white card cut to fit
  • One piece of green card, cut to mat
  • StampCraft image (440Z12- "Poinsettia Window") stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink
  • MFT sentiment (SY01 - "Sweet Holiday Penguins") stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne ink
  • Pro Marker alcohol markers used to colour image
  • Wink of Stella clear glitter gel brush pen used to add subtle sparkle
  • Stardust stickles to bling up the poinsettia centres

I'll be entering the above make for the following challenges:-

As a list manager over at the Challenges For Days blog (where we list challenges/themes/rules each day) we find ourselves in urgent need of a couple of volunteers. Do you have regular access to a computer (preferably on facebook too) and an hour or so to spare one day a week? We're a friendly bunch with a facebook page in the background too. If the answer is yes then do drop us an e-mail with your details, to: CFDinfo11@gmail.com as soon as possible, and thank you in advance

Fabulous Christmas card.

Taking your mind off things is a great idea. It doesn't change the circumstances, but like you say, it just helps.

This poinsettia window is a beauty Kathy and love the colours, so bright and pretty. I think we will still be going out but going where there are minimal people and just being sensible, unless of course they decide to be draconian about it and we can't go out at all, which I hope will not be the case. Take care. x

Lovely card, great colouring. Who knows, with all this extra time, I might even get a bit better at colouring - unlikely to catch you up though.
