Morning readers,

Hope you enjoyed a nice weekend ... I've a make to share with you today .... an Artist Trading Card

My ATC

Materials used:

• ATC blank
• Snippets of card in white and lavender
• On the white snippet and using a makeup brush I applied Distress Ink in worn lipstick over the entire snippet before overlaying my Memory Box grid stencil and applying picked raspberry over two thirds.
• Taking a Dutchdoobadoo stencil (470.715.129) I applied Distress Ink in shaded lilac to the area not previously stencilled
• Craft Emotions foliage image (from "branches" - 130501/1143) stamped using Versafine Clair purple delight, stamping off images to add depth
• My Paper Artsy sentiment (from JOFY09) was too long to add as one, so I divided it in to three sections and stamped using Versafine Clair nocturne ink
• Stardust stickles to bling up the finished ATC

And ... I know it's been a couple of days since I made a Christmas card but ... in my defence ... I have new stash which I just HAD to ink  ....... didn't I?

Materials used:

• White C6/A2, 350gsm card and matching sized envelope
• Two pieces of white card cut to fit
• One piece of deep red card, cut to mat
• Make It Crafty Santa image (Cheery Santa - a recent prize from the lovely peeps at the Passion for ProMarker challenge, delivered on Thursday Jan 30th) stamped using Memento tuxedo black ink, including on to a full coverage post it (which I then fussy cut out and placed over my image, after colouring)
• Alcohol markers to colour my image and "grounding"
• With my mask in place and using a TCW stencil (TCW357S) I applied Memento rhubarb stalk ink using a makeup brush
• I then removed my mask before stamping my Craft Emotions sentiment (from 130501/1813 - "Hand lettered words - Xmas") using Versafine Clair nocturne ink
• Stardust stickles to trace the large fonted sentiment and the "fur" and "snow"

And the rest of the stash prize? You may well see the heart die or heart stamps sometime very soon given that it's FEBRUARY! I've used the fab Santa (and be assured you WILL be seeing him again, soon!) so I'd best get off and ink up those hearts or cut those dies!
