Hello! Glad that you stopped by. What is your favorite flower? One of my favorites is the peony. I love the beautiful colors, fragrance, and shape of this flower and they are so great for bouquets.....actually one flower looks great in a vase. I made this card with a Power Poppy digital stamp Peonies printed on White CS and colored with pastel Copics. I tried to capture a very soft look and used a Patterned Paper from Pink Paisley Color Wash paper pad as the background. I embossed the paper with Cuttlebug EF Polka Dots before attaching the image that I matted with a Pink circle cut with Spellbinders die. I only embossed a portion of the paper by using the EF at an angle. I also inked the edges of the Yellow card base and the Pink circle with Hero Arts White Unicorn ink to soften the color to better match the color wash look of the pattern. I stamped the Power Poppy sentiment from the Dahlia set with DOI Spin Sugar to finish. DOI Squeezed Lemonade was used to softly ink the edges of the image.
