Autumn Colours #2

This week at Card Crafter's Circle, we've  gone crazy with AUTUMN COLOURS! We want to see creations with all those beautiful browns and golds, and everything Autumn!  We have two wonderful sponsors this week, being MelJen's Designs, and Oak Pond Creations!  In this creation, I have used Louie's Boots, from Oak Pond Creations...

My card is basic in it's construction, consisting of the cardbase, a layer of fabric, and the image layer.  I cut the fabric to size, and then peeled away threads to fringe it.  The images on the fabric are kangaroos and tracks in a native Australian style, but the small parts that show fit in well with the image and stitches (or at least I think they do!)

The image has been created in 3D, and is coloured with Promarker Aqua Marker Sienna and Sepia, and a waterpen. I have used metallic brown to colour the conchos on the hatband, so they look metallic!  I have chalked the background, and stitched barbed wire borders, and added some straight stitches in the bottom left corner, through the layers. I have added a small gold sentiment card sticker, to finish...
